Cannot fault the service and quality from Katie and the team at Regency Floats. All of our questions were answered promptly and time taken to reply to our requests. Everything was ready to go on the day of pick up which made the whole process simply. The float is more than I could have asked for, quality, functional, safe, spacious and affordable. Ticking all the boxes for horse events and family camping trips we can highly recommend Regency Floats.

From start to finish the sales, service, communication and price has been unbeatable, after researching and pricing a few other Australian float companies we were certain ‘Regency’ was the company we felt we could rely on and trust. My float was delivered to Victoria within a few weeks (bought unseen) The finish was everything I could ask for and more, all the extras included in a very competitive price. Today I took my horse for her first bush bashing outing in it, she loaded perfectly, comfortable and safe. The adjustable bays for my long horse are perfect and the tack box fitting my western gear neat and secure. I felt the float towed beautifully, quiet and steady on the roads. I absolutely love my float. I love everything about it - it's streamlined, easy to use, easy to clean and my horses float very easily in it. I contacted Regency because a very good friend of mine has a Regency float and she said it is amazing so I called Regency to discuss what kind of float I wanted and they really helped fine tune my needs. The float was ready within a few weeks (much faster than I thought) and the handover was exceptionally helpful. I had never owned a float or towed and they were patient and understanding and helped me in every way. I really cannot recommend this company more.

I'm delighted with my Recency float. My gigantic warmblood loves it too! It's a dream to drive on dirt and sealed roads. Plus, it's super easy to reverse. I couldn't be happier!

We just received our float in Tasmania today off the boat. We had been debating between a few brands and my mechanic husband decided the specs on the Regency was great. We made our final decision on the google reviews as we purchased our float sight unseen. I’m glad I went with the Regency choice. I bought the WB straight load and the quality is outstanding. I was so happy once we arrived at the dock and seen the float for the first time. The wait time stretch out longer than I had hoped and I had hoped for some more updates but after the float got here, it was worth the wait. Thanks again James and Katie. We purchased sight unseen as we live interstate - never done this before. It was a great decision though, they were very easy to deal with sent lots of photos and answered lots of questions. They even coordinated meeting up in Goondiwindi rather than Brisbane and switched some dates around so that we could pick it up the week we bought it. Arrived home, went to a competition almost straight away and loved everything about it! Highly recommend! 🙂

I love my Regency horse float … and their customer service is amazing. I bought from interstate so no chance to see it before delivered - that’s always a bit nerve wracking. But they sent so many photos during the buying process to help me choose options, and then photos during production and when it was ready. The after purchase customer service has also been fantastic. I bought the Deluxe 2HSL Square front with a bunk bed over the kitchen. It is so much easier to tow than my old float, despite being bigger and square rather than round at the front. Plenty of storage, plenty of room. High quality finishes. The best surprise was the gas struts on the ramp - once you start to lift it, it goes all the way up on its own. Little touches like those mean that I can easily float my horse on my own (as a middle aged unfit woman!). I highly recommend Regency for anyone considering getting a new horse float. They are also priced very competitively! Bonus!

Love, love, love my 2HAL Deluxe! This float is incredibly steady on the road, comfortable for my horses and for me. I have used it almost weekly since collecting it four months ago, camping a number of times. I highly recommend this float and company.

Just purchased a Regency 2 HAL Deluxe Square Square Front Camper with separate living. Regency are a pleasure to deal with. My beautiful float arrived quicker than I thought it would. This week we took delivery of our second Regency horse float. We are so impressed by Regency having done extensive research prior to purchasing we ordered the round 2HSL standard warm blood float and are very happy with everything about it. Their attention to detail and finish is brilliant we knew from our Regency camper float. It would be good and this is wonderful. We live in Victoria delivery very efficient. Registration with Vic roads is simple and easily done. We cannot recommend Regency highly enough. We have been in the Horse world for over 50 years and Regency for quality price customer service is outstanding.

I am really happy with my new 2HAL Camper float. Everything I requested has been included to allow my future camping experiences to go smoothly while my horses travel safely as well. Our new float is AMAZING!! Perfect for families who spend long days at horse events! When the parents or non riding siblings need somewhere comfortable to hideaway, the camper option suits all!! Equipped with a shower, seated table arrangement, fridge/freezer, microwave, hot water/kitchen sink, storage boxes, side yards, fly screens, air conditioning, lighting, awning, usb power points we cannot complain!!! I bought a 2HAL square deluxe from Regency about a month ago now and had our first overnight trip a week ago. It was perfect! It's clear that the floats are designed by people with horses as everything just works how you need it to. There is so much storage, beds are comfy and all the fixtures are solid. It also towed really well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Regency Floats!

I recently purchased the 2 HAL Standard SL with round front from Regency, and I couldn’t be happier! I needed a float with practical features for occasional overnight competitions but without adding too much extra weight. Regency had exactly what I was looking for, with a model in production that included a front cupboard/sink and power and water connections. The entire purchase process was seamless and completed within just 5 business days, with outstanding communication and service throughout. The float itself is fantastic. The fully adjustable bays and removable rug racks offer great versatility, while the large air vents and three fly screened windows provide excellent airflow. The tailgate, with its multiple gas struts, is refreshingly light compared to my previous float. I also noticed a significant reduction in noise when loading or if the pony tap dances, likely thanks to the flooring and insulation. Besides all these practical features, most importantly it towed easily and the pony travelled well. It’s also a great looking float in metallic silver and grey stripe. The tub full of goodies and generous discount vouchers from other equine businesses was an unexpected touch too. Highly recommend Regency Floats and can’t wait to take it to the next competition.

Just received our new Regency 3HAL Horse Float and couldn't be happier. So well set out for overnight stays and my daughter loves the sleeper above the kitchenette. They seem to have thought of everything, and their customer service goes above and beyond.

We purchased our 2hal warmblood float sight unseen and we were very hesitant at first …..and we went off the feedback from others ….but we were sooo pleased we did … The finishes, paintwork and cabinetry to say the least were extremely good … far superior than some cheap knockoffs in the market …. I took delivery of a Square Compact Camper 2 HAL WB a few days ago. Because I live in Queensland, I couldn’t view what I was ordering but I shouldn’t have worried as it is an absolutely beautiful float, and I doubt whether there would be any other brand better constructed. Katie, who I dealt with from ordering, all the way through to collection, was very helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Safety of my horses is paramount, and I won’t have any hesitation travelling them in this float.

We have just had our 3Hal-Lux delivered and it is great. Bought site unseen so a bit nervous, but the recommendations were all correct, it is brilliant.

Our beautiful new camper is fantastic, the attention to detail is amazing it will change our show experience completely. Big thanks to everyone at Regency, there is nothing they have not thought of, obviously horse lovers.

I picked up my float yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! It’s that nice I could live in it! Everyone I dealt with during the process of ordering this float to pick up was a dream. Katie spent a lot of time with me going over every detail of what I did and didn’t want in the float, never felt pressured and I can’t thank James enough for spending nearly an hour with me during pick up going over everything in the float and taking the time to answer all the questions I had! Had a long trip back home after pick up and towed like a dream. The craftsmanship of this float is second to none! Have told all my friends they now need to order a Regency float! Can’t recommend enough!

We absolutely adore our new square 2 hal standard, buying sight unseen was a bit worrying but the team at regency did an amazing job reassuring and keeping in contact with us the whole time! Very happy with my 2HAL compact Camper. There are so many features that are great to have, one of them is how easy it is to close the tailgate! I purchased the 2 Horse Camper float which was already in production at the time I was looking for a new float. I was able to put a deposit on the float and have the colour changed to what I wanted. Regency were extremely helpful and the communication was second to non, updating when the float arrived to when it would be ready, and organisation around being delivered. I had lots of different little add ons put on the float to make it what I wanted and they were so accommodating, and nothing was too difficult. Although imported floats, the quality and the finish of the float is fantastic. I can’t recommend Regency Floats enough.

Very happy with my new float, 5 stars

I purchased a new 3HAL deluxe float as i needed to upgrade to fit both pony and carriage together. We love it! First outing was down some hair pin turns, across the Hawkesbury River on a barge, and then over a narrow, 100m wooden suspension bridge with bolts sticking out everywhere (which I only discovered half way across and which I had no option but to drive over with the tyres). Happy to say, the tyres didn't pop, and eventhough I feel the float is HUGE (compared to my last), it towed very well. Even the old landcruiser which has done almost 700 000 kms was happy with it. We are looking forward to camping with the ponies and creating some wonderful memories as a family.

Could not be more happy with our 2HAL Camper, such amazing quality. It tows like an absolute dream. Would not buy a float from anywhere else, team is so accomodating with all requests as nothing is every an issue.

We just got our new camper, and it is fantastic. Our entire show experience has now been transformed.

We just finished decking up our new shed with Meadowgrove stable panels, and they look great. The item arrived as stated, and installation was simple and quick. The hardwood panels look fantastic, and the stables are a nice size. We looked about for a while before discovering that Regency now does the panels, and it was a simple and perfect decision for us; highly recommended.

First time owning a Regency Float, it is well set out, plenty of room inside and plenty of storage room. Customer service is amazing lovely people to talk with. Can't wait for my first week away in it. Thankyou Regency Floats 😊

Regency floats were absolutely awesome to deal with from start to finish in regards to information and then onto ordering our float. Wait time was reasonable and we were informed as soon as it was finished to allow for insurance and registration to be completed before pickup. We purchased our Regency 2 HAL Square Camper sight unseen as we live in Southeast Qld. The build took approximately 4 months from deposit to delivery which & was very exciting seeing it drive in the gate. Happy with the quality of the float and added many extras. Our horses are comfortable and so are we. When we arrive at an event we now only set up horse yards and are pure luxury comfort. I added the shower room which has been amazing, so glad I did. Tows like a dream and very happy with our Regency Square Camper. James and the team do an amazing job. Highly recommend Regency.

I just recently bought a regency float and to say I love it is an understatement. I collected my sight unseen WBDeluxe float today and it is so beautiful. Buying from an interstate supplier during Covid was really tough as there were delays and no chance to view anything in person. Katie and James kept me informed and, once the frame had docked, completed the wiring/plumbing and the additions I requested really quickly. Absolutely love our float! We had a very distraught horse who would scramble in a straight load float. We decided to order through Regency as we have freinds who had done the same for various reasons. We just picked up our float, took it home put our girl in and drove around the block and she went to sleep like a baby. We are loving our new float. The service was great and the price was also.

We purchased sight unseen and got it delivered down to Victoria, so we where a little nervous that it wouldn't live up to our expectations and the photos. We shouldn't of worried at all!! Bought a new Regency 2 HAL LUX pre-Covid so didn't get used as intended for many months. However now that we are using it Renegade and Monty love it! Very smooth ride - we use the supplied portable video camera mounted in the float with the wi-fi connected iPhone app in the car to watch them while we drive but nothing to watch, they are calm as. Previously had no end of trouble loading them on previous hire floats but they are now almost self loading on the new Regency.

I am so happy with my 2 HAL Standard Extended float. Katie and James were amazing, they were very helpful and answered all my questions - with emails being responded to very promptly. When i picked up my float, Katie ensured to walk me through it to make sure everything was correct while also explaining how to use specific characteristics of the float. Purchased a 3 HAL LUX. Absolutely love it, its out twice a week every week and I cannot fault it. Although, we got the standard height there isn't much room between my 16.2hh WB rump and the rug rack. However, she does not notice it. Horses travel well. So much value for money

Bought my 3 HAL month and half ago, I love it and have been away for a weekend in the pouring rain and it was great. Nice and warm and dry. No more sweaty nervous horses either and it tows well. Highly recommended

We picked up my 3 HAL from James and co last week and travelled back to Mildura VIC. We did not make it home so we set up the moveable petitions on the dividers so we could sleep as if we where on a bunk bed. BIG TICK Can not get over how well it tows and we LOVE the electric brakes. Behind our Ranger I can't even tell im towing it! Lots of little things that have been thought of to make these floats more practical. The ponies go on easy, float easy and unload easy. Highly Recommend

I picked up my new 2 HAL lux float today and I am so impressed with the quality and class of it! It is spacious inside, yet is great towing size for my Hilux! It is perfect! And its serious value for money! it definantly meets my needs and so much more with all of its little luxury extras. Also love how well ventilated it is for my big fur babies. Can't wait to camp in it! Spending nights away with my horses will be so much easier and more comfortable. and I will feel very safe as everything inside is lockable.
