Not only did they have it finished a lot earlier than expected it was finished to perfection! I was worried it was going to feel too big to tow, but it tows as good as my 2HSl!!! Considering this is a 3hal I thought the living was going to be so cramped however I was so surprised how spacious it is, and I still have more cupboard space available with all my camping gear in there! I took it to the races for its first outing yesterday and it had many admirers taking a tour! It really is a stand out of the crowd float, it feels absolutely luxurious yet was super affordable! An excellent team to deal with also, I kept changing to goal posts along the way and they always kept very accommodating! It tows beautifully—actually better than my 2HSL, even though it’s around 500kg heavier! It feels solid and well-balanced behind my 150 Series Prado. I don’t actually think my fuel consumption has changed, which really surprised me given the extra weight. The float looks stunning and prestigious, and it’s extremely spacious. My horses travel really well in it and clearly feel safe and comfortable. I did have an issue with delivery—I originally paid for the version with level chequer plating all the way around, but the float that arrived had a different VIN and came with high front corner plating instead. It was quite a different style to what was advertised, and I was very disappointed at first, especially having paid a premium price. That said, after seeing where the mud from our dirt road splashes up on the front of the float, I can tell this style of chequer plating will definitely be more suitable long term. So while it wasn’t what I ordered, it’s probably ended up being the better option for our conditions. Overall, I’m thrilled with the float and would absolutely buy another from Regency again—next time I’d just go in person to collect so there were no surprises.
